Project management process works like  Design—-Develop—-Analyze—-Evaluate. This flow that project follows. Example like XYZ company is working for software development process. Then in the first place, they will design things that how to develop and execute that process, you can design the chart that you can follow. Then in the next stage, you will develop that software completely and make it running. Generally, the prime activity of this level is the pre-sale. During this pre-sale period, service provider proves the eligibility or ability to complete the projects for clients & eventually wins the business. Then, this is detailed requirements gathering which comes the next. At the time of requirements gathering process, all clients’ requirements are gathered and analyzed for implementation. In this process, negotiations might take place for changing the certain requirements and remove the certain requirements altogether.

When it comes to execution, each worker of the team carries out their own tasks within the given deadline for each process. The detailed project schedules will be used to track the project activity.

Control & Validation: At the time of project life cycle, project processes should be thoroughly controlled & validated. The controlling can be primarily done through adhering to initial rules such as project plans, quality assurance tests plan & communication plans for projects. Sometimes, there can be examples that are not covered by such rules. In such cases, project managers should use the adequate & necessary measurements in order  to control such conditions.

Closeout & Evaluation: Once all project needs are achieved, it’s time to hand over implemented system & close out the projects. If project deliveries are in by with the acceptance criteria defined by the customer, the project will be duly accepted & paid through the user. Once the projects close out takes place, it’s time to evaluate the whole project. In this step, the issues made by the project team will be identified & will take essential steps for avoiding them in future projects.
